Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility

Unboxing Video Requirement
A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package opening and product received is mandatory for all replacement claims.

Important: You must email your replacement request and unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period or without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible under our standard policy, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
